Impact

Progress that answers a decision question

We use data to clarify, guide, and improve—not to overwhelm.

Our approach

Evidence that serves people and systems

A PHA chart or report should help someone decide, act, or learn—not merely prove that data exists.

Clarify

Make complex system challenges understandable for partners who need to act.

Guide

Connect measures to funding, staffing, workflows, and service design choices.

Improve

Track what is working, where gaps remain, and what needs to change next.

Sustain

Build infrastructure that outlasts a single grant cycle or initiative.

What we track

Impact themes

Placeholder themes for launch. Replace with verified metrics, date ranges, and sources as data is approved for public use.

Access

Whether people can reach the right care in the right place at the right time.

Coordination

Whether referral pathways, patient flow, and partner handoffs actually work.

Capacity

Whether partners have the workforce, workflows, and infrastructure to sustain results.

Standards

How we present results

  • State the takeaway in the title
  • Label data directly whenever possible
  • Include source, date range, unit, and denominator
  • Use color for meaning—not decoration
  • Never rely on color alone to communicate status

Transparency

Honest about what we know

We avoid inflated claims and unsupported certainty. When results are early, directional, or limited, we say so. When partners own the outcome, we share credit.

Building Better Health. Together.
