About Us
Pacific Health Alliance is a Hawaiʻi-based nonprofit that helps communities, providers, and public-sector partners turn complex health priorities into workable solutions. We specialize in connecting systems that too often operate in silos—healthcare, behavioral health, rural health, housing, social services, and community-based supports—so people can access the right care in the right place at the right time.
Our role is both strategic and practical. We help partners assess needs, align stakeholders, design stronger systems, build implementation roadmaps, and create the shared infrastructure needed to sustain results. That includes planning, analytics, technical assistance, operational design, referral and patient-flow optimization, and direct implementation support when capacity is limited.
Grounded in Hawaiʻi and oriented toward the broader Pacific, PHA is built to advance health equity, strengthen resilience, and help public, private, and community partners move from good intentions to measurable impact. We believe lasting change happens when strategy, relationships, data, and operations are designed together.
Mission
Pacific Health Alliance strengthens health equity, resilience, and community-driven health planning across Hawaiʻi and the Pacific by providing data-driven planning, technical assistance, infrastructure coordination, and direct implementation support to build a healthier, more connected region. PHA partners with governments, health systems, and funders to identify needs, align resources, secure funding, and deliver sustainable, culturally grounded operational solutions.
